* Spruce tree resin (Slovene origin, organic),

* beeswax (organic, Slovenian origin),

* comfrey tincture Comfrey (Slovenian origin, organic),

* Essential oil of juniper (organic).

WHEN TO USE SPRUCE TREE RESIN OINTMENT :

* for skin in area of joints and muscles.

HOW TO USE SPRUCE TREE RESIN OINTMENT :

The ointment is applied to the diseased area 2x daily (morning and evening), 5 minutes massaged and rubbed into the skin. It is especially important to apply regularly in the evening.

Ointment is significantly better absorbed and the skin does not remain so greasy if the ointment is applied to wet skin or if we go, after applying the oitment, across the applied area also with wet hands.

TIPS FOR EASIER USE OF SPRUCE TREE RESIN OINTMENT :

• 1 cup 100ml is consumed by applying to one knee in approximately 3 weeks.
• The rate of recovery is very different – in the case of minor problems normally one feels relief within a few days. However, when it comes to long-term problems, it is necessary a few months of regular appying.
•  In rare cases comes to allergy to the resin. There appear small, itchy rashes. In this case, we recommend that you instead use our St John’s wort ointment or comfrey ointment.
