RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF THE HYPERTENSION SET:

• Tea “hypertension” consists of olive leafs, yarrow and shepherd’s purse. We prepare it as an infusion: on a teaspoon of herbs we pour a cup of boiling water and leave stand for 10 minutes, strain and drink 3 cups a day.

• 1 vial 100ml of garlic tincture we consume in about 5 weeks.
• Those with a sensitive stomach endure garlic tincture usually harder.
• Not suitable for people that take blood-thinning medicine (because it also dilutes the blood).
• Taking of garlic tincture is not recommended immediately after surgery.
• Dietary supplement is not substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
• The recommended daily amount or the dose should not be exceeded.
