Prices
Errors on the website are not excluded. If the price of the product you ordered is incorrect, we will notify you, apology for the error and offer you the opportunity to buy the product at the correct price.
Herbal farm Hanuman www.hanuman-herbs.com, will not sell the product to the customer at a price which would be detrimental to the company, in so far as the customer was informed of the error in time (before confirmation of the order).

Terms of payment
The customer can pay for goods via PayPal, Credit card or direct money transfer to our bank account.
If you choose to pay by invoice / direct money transfer, it means that we will send the products ordered as soon as the invoice is paid.
In purpose of payment you are obligated to write your name.
Delivery time
Delivery time for EU countries is 3 to 8 days, for other eurpean countries 5 to 10 days and for the rest of the world up to 14 days after the confirmation of the customer’s order. Delivery times are of informational nature and can vary.
Buyer will be informed via e-mail about the dispatch of the goods.
Complaints or return of products
If you are for any reason not satisfied with goods purchased online at www.hanuman-herbs.com (wrong product, damaged product, etc.), you can, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act return them. We will be happy to replace the product or refund the money.
Send undamaged item in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) within 8 days from receipt of the shipment to the address of Herbal Farm Hanuman, Konjšica 20, 1272 Polšnik, Slovenia.
The product must not be used.
Amount will be refunded immediately after receiving the rejected goods. In this case the shipping cost settles the buyer.
Return of damaged shipments
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment at its receipt.
In the event that the package is physically damaged or shows signs of opening, the buyer must inform the package deliverer (subsequent complaint is not possible). Bring the damaged package to the deliverer in the same condition as you received it (without to add or remove anything) and fill in the reclamation record. We will make sure that the complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
