“Refreshment” herbal tea – organic

Herbal tea “refreshment” goes well at every opportunity. It is a refreshing herbal tea blend of delicious and aromatic organic domestic herbs with the main flavor of lemon. It is excellent for making both, hot and cold tea.

INGREDIENTS OF THE HERBAL TEA REFRESHMENT:

• apple mint (Mentha suaveolens),
• chocolate mint (Mentha piperita chocolate),
• lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
• lemon verbena (Lippia triphylla),
• bee balm (Monarda didyma)

QUANTITY: 30g.

HOW TO PREPARE THE HERBAL TEA REDRESHMENT:

As an infusion: on a teaspoon of herbs we pour a cup of boiling water and allow stand for 5-10 minutes. Then strain, sweeten if desired.

TIPS FOR EASIER USE OF THE HERBAL TEA REFRESHMENT:

• 1 bag of this domestic tea is sufficient for approx. 15-20l tea.
• We can drink up to 1 liter of this herbal tea per day.
• Tea is suitable so for children as for pregnant women.
